Sri Lankan Ginger*, Ceylon Cinnamon* *Organic. Caffeine-Free. For a hot drink. First add crystals to your cup. Add 8 oz warm water and stir. Ideal water temperature is 180¡ãF. Avoid boiling water. Allow whole ground plants to settle before drinking and discard sediment at the bottom of cup.
